NexaFlow Marketplace
Multi-vendor commerce platform with custom checkout — unifying 200+ sellers under one brand experience and delivering a 38% conversion lift post-launch.
The challenge
NexaFlow operated as a loose directory of independent storefronts. Shoppers bounced between inconsistent UX patterns, and checkout abandonment hovered above 70%. Vendors had no shared tools for inventory, payouts, or promotions.
Leadership wanted a true marketplace — one cart, one checkout, one trusted brand — without forcing sellers onto a rigid template that killed their identity.
Our approach
We architected a headless commerce stack with a custom Next.js storefront and a vendor admin portal. Split payments via Stripe Connect automated seller payouts while the platform retained a configurable commission model.
Search and discovery were rebuilt around faceted filtering and personalized recommendations. A/B testing infrastructure let the growth team iterate on checkout flow without engineering bottlenecks.
Results
- 38% increase in checkout conversion within 90 days of relaunch
- 200+ vendors onboarded with self-serve listing tools
- GMV tripled in the first year on unified platform
- Cart abandonment dropped from 72% to 48%
